We have made it simple for you! 

You can view the inside of the home at your convenience. This home is vacant, and we have installed a lock box on the front door.  Inside the box is a key that will get you into the home.  Submit the information requested in the box below and you will be taken to a page with the lock box code.

We do like to know who has entered our homes, so we would like for you to do us a favor. Please fill in your identifying information below and hit submit.  It will send us an email letting us know that you registered to enter the home.

So long as you register to enter the home, you have our permission to enter.  IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER (WITH VALID INFORMATION), YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO ENTER THE HOME AND YOU WILL BE TRESPASSING.

So register below, and head on out to look at the home.  If you like what you see, just give us a call, or go ahead and submit an application if you know you want it.  Our homes usually go pretty fast, so don't delay if you want it.

After you hit submit you will be taken to a page with the code for the lock box.

Here's how the lock box works:    You push the buttons next to the numbers and then pull down and toward you on the button at the top of the box.  The face of the box will come out in your hand, exposing the key inside.  Please replace the key when you leave.  You will have to push the buttons again with the code and hold down the top button with your thumb and place it back into the box.  The button is spring loaded and will relock itself.  That's all there is to it!
