Registration gets you on our notification list, but you will not be able to view the interior of homes until you become a "Screened Registered Buyer".

You don't need perfect credit - and you do not need to bank qualify or come up with a big down payment. For the cost of what you're paying for rent, you can apply the money toward a home that will be yours ... a home you can enjoy right now as your own home.

We add homes regularly. Please don't be discouraged if you don't see your home among our Available Properties.  Quite often, if we know what you want, we can acquire a home that would be suitable.
